Evening Forecast 4/3

Good afternoon! We have taken a temperature swing in the last 24 hours. Yesterday at this time we were sitting in the mid-60s and experiencing thunderstorms. We have seen some frozen precipitation as of recently, but expect rain chances to remain in the area with mixed graupel. As temperatures start to drop as we move into the evening, rain will persist but become a rain/snow mix gradually. We will transition to snow later this evening, but this will be a slow transition. Expect precipitation chances to be high as we move through the rest of the day. Be sure to have a winter coat or umbrella to keep you dry as we move through the night. It will stay windy as we move through the rest of the day as well with gusts up to 30 mph. Stay warm tonight!
