5 Day Outlook 4/4 – 4/8

In the next few days, we are seeing a brief return to winter with chances of snow on the way. Late this afternoon into this evening there will be a system that brings rain and snow. The chances of precipitation this evening are at 80%. The rain is expected to turn to snow overnight with a 90% chance of snow and rain until 2 am. Tomorrow afternoon the rain returns with an 80% chance of precipitation Thursday afternoon around 2-7 pm. With all this extra rain accumulation a Flood Warning remains in effect for Munice until 4 pm on April 4th. So be careful while driving; keep a lookout for flooded roadways and always turn around when approaching flooded areas, it takes very little water to cause a car to get stuck or to slide. Friday will be mostly sunny with a slight chance of showers. We see temps rise back up to the 50s by the end of the week and they will continue to go up over the weekend with Monday back in the 60s. As of the current forecast, the cloud cover of Mondy’s Elcipse is looking to be minimal with it being mostly sunny, however, some chances of showers will bring clouds that could block our view of the Eclipse. But, only time will tell how our eclipse day will go so stay updated over the next few days to get a more accurate view of your view of the eclipse. Enjoy the rest of your week cardinals!
