5 Day Outlook 3/14 – 3/18

Tomorrow is an exciting weather day here in Muncie. We have the chance to see severe storms and even possibly tornadoes in our neck of the woods. We are currently under a marginal risk of severe weather from the Storm Prediction Center(SPC). This risk includes a 2% tornado risk, a 5% damaging wind risk, and a 5% severe hail risk. As we get closer to tomorrow’s storms these chances could increase so keep an eye out for changing weather alerts and updates. These storms and showers are expected before 11 am Thursday then again after 5 pm. Friday we see the risk for showers and storms continue with the chances for showers mostly before 2 pm. After Friday we are looking at a sunny and windy weekend. Winds on Saturday and Sunday will be from around 13-21 mph gusting up to 31mph. Monday it returns to winter-like temperatures with a high of only 39°F. Stay weather-aware in the next few days cardinals.
