Over this past weekend, St. Louis, Missouri was hit with eight tornadoes and severe storms. According stltoday.com, there were no reported injuries from any of the tornadoes that touched down. There was rain, 3-inch hail, lightning and tornado warnings.
Many experienced power outages late in the evening April 15, 2023. There were reports of broken glass, uprooted trees, and other damages. Cleanup efforts have been made after this rough weekend.
Tornado season in North America has its peak from April through June, which for Missouri is right on point to the past weekend events. Even from the image above St. Louis has its tornado season in April (Or even May).
More and more we are hearing more severe weather events all over the country and it is causing panic among citizens in not knowing when warnings are being sent out and how to adapt after if they experience the damage from storms and such.
