Of course we will have the rain and wind, there will be a few storms will be possible this afternoon into the early evening, creating stronger gusts lightning and a possible rotating storm. We will have Rainfall up to half an inch an hour at times and flooding.
Tonight rain will continue along with the wind as colder air begins to take over the area. This will bring a rain/snow mix locally with wet snow falling in counties north of Muncie.
