This morning is starting off strong with a winter storm for the Muncie area. Temperatures will remain in the 30s for this morning leading into the afternoon hours with some windy conditions and snow/flurries persisting throughout the morning. Gusts will be a bit of an issue at 26 mph as well as factoring in the 26 degree windchill. Roads may be a bit difficult to travel on due to the accumulation of snow and icy road conditions, so caution is advised when commuting.
