Good news to all the people attending graduation tomorrow! It looks like the rain is most likely be a morning rain event. Most of the rain will be out of here by 9 am Saturday morning. Any rain that is left will just be a mist. Saturday will be a cold day however. With highs only in the low 60’s, under a cloudy sky, and a rather strong northwest wind of around 20 mph forecasted. While there is a chance commencement will be inside, any other outdoor plans can go as planned. It just will not be a fantastic day outside.
Who is ready for a weather pattern flip? The rainy and slightly cooler temperatures will give way to a ridge of high pressure from the Gulf of Mexico. This will cause much warmer temperatures and little to no rainfall from Sunday onwards. In fact, after Saturday no a single drop of rain is forecasted for the 5-day forecast. Temperatures will be in the 70’s Sunday and Monday and in the 80’s for Tuesday and Wednesday. Sunday through Wednesday will either be sunny to mostly sunny. A summer preview is just around the corner!
