A pair of surface lows is expected to move through the region during the next 5 days bringing significant rain chances for much of the 5-day period. At this time it is likely that rain will fall on much of the day for Commencement day Saturday. The greatest chance of rain will come when a front will stall out over the region beginning Thursday night bringing great chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms. Flooding could be an issue on Friday and Saturday as excessive rainfall up to 2 inches during the 5-day period on top of the 1 inch of rain already received on Tuesday.
