Good afternoon to everyone out there! As of 11:30 am at Muncie it was a chilly 41°F under an overcast sky. Winds were generally out of the west at 12 mph which is producing a winter-like wind chill 34°F. The clouds are expected to stick around for the afternoon hours and temperatures will not warm up much at all only expected to climb 5 degrees to 46°F by the late afternoon hours. Highs might not even get out of the 40’s today with the cloud cover present keeping temperatures at bay. While it maybe cloudy an upper Canadian high pressure system is in control of our weather which will keep the day cool and dry.
