We started off a little warmer this morning than usual. We are sitting at 52 degrees with winds out of the south, so temperatures are not being cooled too much by the wind. Skies for now are overcast as we will see some rain move in as we move throughout the morning. Be sure to keep your rain jacket and umbrella handy as those showers move in. This rain is all due to a cold front that is just about to push its way through Indiana. As this cold front moves through today, we will see some heavier rain at times.
Today temperatures will only warm up a few degrees to 53. Winds will shift to the west as we move into the later afternoon hours. Our greatest rain chances will be in the afternoon. Later tonight we will have some dry time, but today will be rainy. Spring has definitely brought us our spring showers so far.
