Just when everybody thought that Winter left, it has returned. Muncie is currently reporting 21 degrees with a wind chill of 13 degrees. To say that it feels cold out there is an understatement. This is because there is a strong high pressure to our northwest. This high pressure is bringing in polar air from parts of Northern Canada, and until that moves east, expect to stay cold throughout the day today, with highs only reaching the lower 40s.
