After a cold and blustery morning, we expect temperatures to moderate throughout the rest of the afternoon. Right now, it is cloudy with temperatures around 31 degrees, with a wind chill of 25 degrees. Winds are coming out of the northeast at 6 mph. It is also mainly cloudy but as we do head into this afternoon, we may get in on a few peeks of sunshine, although it will be limited. Highs will eventually top out at around 36 degrees by late day.
