Good morning! Starting off the day with some slight fog in the area. This will remain very patchy and clear up over the next hour or so. Current visibility in Muncie is 4miles. Currently sitting at 28 degrees, but feels like 22 with a slight breeze out of the north at 5mph. Temperatures will slowly climb to 37 degrees by noon with a high of 40 degrees later today. Make sure you don’t forget that jacket with any morning plans.
