Good Morning! Starting off the morning at 38 degrees. Temperatures will not change much through the day in the Muncie area. Expecting only a high of 44 degrees this afternoon with increasing cloud cover. Should already be at 41 degrees by noon with winds out of the West around 10mph. Even with increasing cloud cover no precipitation is expected at this time and things should remain dry.
