It was pretty nice and cool this morning but temperatures are warming back up pretty fast. Right now, temperatures are around 79 degrees already with a south wind coming in at 14 mph and the wind is currently gusting at 21 mph. As we head into this afternoon, we expect the unseasonably warm, summer-like temperatures to continue as temperatures top out at around 85 degrees by late this afternoon with winds coming out of the south at 10-15 mph. Winds gusts may reach up to 24 mph at times as well. We do expect this to possibly be the last time we see temperatures this high because changes in the weather will be coming in by next week as another front moves through later this weekend and ushers in cooler temperatures by mid-week next week. As you head out the door today, you won’t be needing the sweater at all but you may need the sunglasses and maybe the sunscreen because the sunshine is expected to continue for the rest of today along with the unseasonably warm temperatures.
