Temperature whiplash is in full force across central Indiana today! Can you believe that it was 60 degrees just this past Sunday? Anyway, our high temperature will stay below 25 today in what has proven to be some of the chilliest air we’ve seen across the area this early in the fall. Several temperature records have been broken already and tonight’s low of 7 here in Muncie might put another one in jeopardy. Otherwise, mostly cloudy conditions will continue this afternoon as a result of cloud cover moving this way from lake-effect bands currently affecting portions of Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Although, we will be too far away to actually experience any precipitation from these clouds.
