Warm and windy will be the weather story today with southerly winds transporting that warm air into the area this afternoon. This will be all out ahead of a cold front which will be responsible for showers and possibly an isolated thunderstorm or two later this evening. However, rain chances will remain low during the afternoon with generally warm, windy weather and sunny skies expected.
