Just like that we are into the mid-80’s already. Mostly sunny skies yet this afternoon, but we will see some increasing clouds as we approach the evening hours. An uptick in chances for rain between 4 PM and 7 PM as well. Mild winds for the rest of the day as well from 4-7 mph. Low humidity compiled with the rest of the conditions make this a nice August day.
