We’re going to have a brief cooldown today and tomorrow, but mother nature will crank up the heat as we move into the weekend. The good news is that we won’t have much rain during the period, so it’ll allow the soil to absorb the over 3″ of rain that fell in places yesterday. Have sunglasses and sunscreen on standby this weekend – make sure to get outside and enjoy it. If you’re running in the half-Ironman at the Reservoir on Saturday or exercising in another manner, make sure to stay hydrated. Have a great Friday!
