Temperatures are quickly rising. Highs will be in the lower 90’s today, but the heat index will make it feel even hotter. A chance for thunderstorms this afternoon is possible and we will continue to monitor that situation. A stationary front is currently to the east of us and is provoking these pop up thunderstorms. Expect it to move north by tomorrow, but a continued threat for these storms will continue.
