This morning and early afternoon will be nice, as we expect warm and partly sunny conditions all morning. Right now, temperatures are in the upper-60s, with sunny skies and light winds. By noon, we expect temperatures to be in the mid-70s, and by late-afternoon, we expect highs in the low-80s. In short, this morning will feel wonderful.
By the evening, however, expect a big change in the weather, as a low-pressure system is expected to move in and make use of the heat and moisture of the day. This will likely cause isolated storms that might bring heavy winds and heavy rain, which is why the SPC has us at a marginal risk for severe weather.
