As of now, Muncie is warm and nice, with temperatures in the upper-70s and mostly cloudy skies. Those temperatures will go down into the low-70s as you head home this evening, so it will still feel warm.
The big story, however, is the nice weather will not last long, as a string of storms moves into our area. The timing of these storms is hard to pinpoint, but rain showers, and possible thunderstorms, will most likely start coming in at around 8 pm, with more showers and thunderstorms coming in overnight. Combined with breezy conditions, it will be an icky night. Make sure to tie down any loose objects and make sure to drive safely as you head home tonight and overnight. We’ll keep you updated for more details.
