With embracing the record breaking Polar Vortex yesterday and leaving the area today, the cold has still not left yet and now we are having a new system moving into the area tonight. For this afternoon, still expect cold conditions and cold wind chill temperatures. It will stay sunny but as the day progresses, the clouds will start to increase more and make way for cloudy conditions during the late afternoon hours.
