Another hot day in store for us a high pressure remains in the area. Temperatures will be in the upper 80s today with dew points in the upper 60s. This will call for a muggy day out there and uncomfortable conditions. The conditions will remain in place across the area with relief coming for the weekend.
Showers and storms are expected to move into the area as a low pressure system approaches heading towards the weekend. These showers and storm have the highest chance on Friday and Saturday afternoon. The unsettled pattern will stay in place for the next weekend and start of next week.
