We have a weak system developing to the northwest giving us some weaker winds out of the southeast allowing us to warm up slightly from yesterday. If the sun can get around the clouds we can see a bigger warm-up than what is expected. Rain chances begin to increase around 2pm and peaking around the middle of the evening.
