For the start of spring break here at Ball State the sky could not be any more perfect. The clouds have moved out of the region giving us nothing but clear skies. Even though the sun is out the temperature will be below 40 degrees for the morning hours. The winds will be coming out of the north/northwest making us feel more like the lower to middle 30’s.
