Good afternoon Muncie! After some flurries and snow showers this morning the sun poked its head out giving us some warmer temperatures. Temperatures should continue to rise to a high of 27 with clouds building in going into the evening. Winds will die down as we head into the evening making the evening commute feel not as cold as it was this morning.
