Conditions this afternoon will remain partly cloudy with highs near 50°. While an intermittent shower is possible this afternoon, tonight and tomorrow look nice. It will be cold tonight, with lows in the upper 30s.
Temperatures are expected to rebound Thursday just in time for Ball State’s home football game on Thursday evening vs Toledo, with kickoff temperatures in the mid 60s. Skies will also be mostly sunny throughout the day.
The next major system is setting up to enter the region during the morning on Saturday. This Low Pressure system will bring with it both rain and cooler temperatures yet again. Overnight lows are expected to be in the low to mid 30s for Saturday and Sunday, so we are watching the potential for the long awaited first freeze of the fall. Highs will once again be in the upper 40s for these days too.
