Good day to everyone out there! As of 8 am it was 53°F under a partly to mostly cloudy sky. A east wind of 10 mph was present, producing a slight wind chill of 50°F. The majority of the morning and afternoon will be dry with mostly cloudy skies and temperatures in the upper 50’s and low 60’s. A warm front is expected to lift on through in the evening producing widespread heavy rain to fall throughout much of the evening into the overnight hours. We expect the rain to carry over into Friday and there will be little to no breaks in the rain. Rainfall totals will be around one-half to one inch, with locally higher amounts possible. If venturing out this evening make sure you have the rain gear handy tonight!
