Good afternoon everyone! A very chilly day today here in Muncie. As of 11:30am, it is 35°F under cloudy skies with a east wind at 15 mph producing a wind chill of 25°F. Rain can be seen on the Indianapolis radar for the far western portions of Indiana. For the afternoon, we expect that rain to stay to the south and west and is not anticipated this afternoon. It will remain cloudy for much of the day today with little or no breaks in the clouds. Winds will be out of the east or southeast for this afternoon warming to the mid 40s by 3pm today. Winds will stay at about 15 mph with slightly higher gusts at times today.
