Warm Morning, Thunderstorms later on

Good morning! We are sitting at a mild 57 degrees with cloudy skies and some light rain. Winds will stay breezy throughout the day and we will see rain throughout the day as well. As we move into the afternoon, we will see some chances of severe thunderstorms. The Storm Prediction Center has issued a convective outlook for today that puts us in the marginal risk for severe weather. Later this afternoon, we could see hail, damaging winds, and an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. Be sure to stay updated through our social media for our updates today!

The system that is bringing us this rain is the same system that brought tornadoes to Texas and Louisiana in the previous days. This system will bring us rain throughout the day and then could intensify as we move into the afternoon. Thunderstorms are likely with strong winds and possibly hail. This low pressure will stay over the area and a cold front will move in later this morning.
