Good evening to everyone out there! It is currently 21°F under a partly cloudy sky at Muncie. Once again the temperature is where our low should be for this time of year, close to 20°F below average where we should be for climatological average high temperatures. There is a south wind at 9mph right now, producing a Windchill of 11°F. Temperatures are likely not to climb much for the early evening hours with a new forecasted high of 25°F for today and the sky will remain partly cloudy. As the evening goes on our south to southwest wind diminish to a nearly calm tonight. Our low for tonight should be around 16°F under a partly cloudy sky. Frost is a possibility on car windshields for tonight and tomorrow morning with the calm winds and mostly clear skies.
