After a snowy morning in the area, we expect the gloomy February weather to continue into this afternoon with low clouds lingering. Right now, it is 20 degrees with some light snow falling. The wind chill is around 10 degrees with winds coming out of the north at 9 mph. As we head into this afternoon, temperatures are expected to steadily rise up to a high of 23 degrees with low clouds lingering throughout the afternoon. We could have a couple peeks of sun by late afternoon but we expect the cloud deck to remain in place for the day today. The winds will be coming out of the north-northeast at 7 mph. If you are heading out, make sure that you dress appropriately for the weather these next couple weeks because the cold isn’t expected to go anywhere for a while!
