Cold and chilly night last night as temperatures dipped down into the mid-20s, but warmer conditions beginning today. The wind looks to arrive again after a gusty day on Sunday, where we saw constant winds of 30-40mph and some gusts up to 64 mph. Not as windy tomorrow but still pretty windy with sustained winds 20-30mph, with some gusts getting up to 40-45mph. Rain looks to make a return this weekend, with both Saturday and Sunday showing a chance for rain. Saturday is looking mostly cloudy with some occasional showers throughout the day, but the heavier and constant rain will be moving in towards the overnight hours. Rain most of the day Sunday but heaviest very early on in the morning and then once again in the evening hours. Up to an inch and a half of rain is possible over the weekend, so watch out for flooding in some areas, as heavy rain can accumulate pretty quickly on roadways and pre-saturated surfaces.
