Good morning to everyone out there! Most of us woken up to frost on the grass this morning as clear skies, and temperatures well below freezing produced widespread frost all around the area. Here in Muncie, we hit a low of 29°F sometime before 7 am this morning. As the sun comes out the temperatures will rise and we hope to burn off all the frost by 10 am this morning. As of 8 am we are sitting at 31°F with a SW wind at 7 mph. That slight breeze is making a windchill of 24°F, just gives us another reason to stay inside today. It won’t get very warm today at all though unfortunately. It maybe partly sunny to start the morning but clouds will increase as the day goes on. We only foretasted a high of 46°F a whopping 16 degrees below the average high of 62°F for mid-April. In fact some areas of southwest Indiana is waking up to snow flurries this morning! How about that? Infact we here in Muncie could get a chance to see some snow flakes tonight into tomorrow morning. Don’t worry the snow won’t be a factor as it will be mainly mixed in with rain.
