On Sunday, Punxsutawney Phil didn’t see his shadow indicating an early start to spring. However, with today’s high around 32 and snow showers possible this evening, the forecast doesn’t reflect the groundhog’s prediction. Winds early in the afternoon will come from the NE, but transition to N as we head into the evening hours with speeds from 10-15 mph. The early afternoon hours offer nothing but the chance of a few snowflakes falling here and there, but the chance of snow showers rises as we get into the evening.
