Good Morning and Happy MLK Day! It is a cold beginning to the day, with temperatures starting out in the low teens across the state! From here, we will see temperatures increase into the upper 20s, and pushing 30 by this afternoon! Partly cloudy conditions will be present through much of the day today, and no additional precipitation is expected today. Winds will increase slightly this afternoon, and shift to coming from the North as well. This will provide a bit of a wind chill factor later today, but it will still feel warmer later than it does now. Still, I recommend you dress in layers, especially in the earlier morning!
