For the next 5 days, we’ll see isolated thunderstorms and showers rolling through Central Indiana, as low-pressure systems move through and bring rain into the area. Monday will have the biggest problems, as isolated thunderstorms might have the potential to cause problems (that’s why we have a marginal risk), but the rest of the week might involve the occasional thunderstorm through the day, including Independence Day. Additionally, temperatures will be in the upper-80s, bringing lots of heat into the area. In short, you might want to keep some rain gear and extra liquids near you and drive safely through the week.
