The first day of summer will start out gorgeous but end with some rain coming through, as a warm front pushes a line of rainstorms into Indiana in the evening hours. We’ll start out warm and sunny, with our high of 80 around 5 pm, before dropping to the mid-70s by 8 pm. Skies will be overcast by 8 pm, with the first rain showers, associated with the line of storms, likely coming in after 8 pm. By 11 pm, most of the rain will be gone, but some pop-up showers and storms might stick around. Since we might see some heavy rain associated with these storms, make sure that if you’re heading out tonight, that you take some rain gear and drive safely tonight.
