Rain For Most of the Week

Rain is the big story for the next several days, as upper-air conditions will result in low-pressure systems repeatedly moving near Indiana. Father’s Day will be the biggest problem, as the same low-pressure system that is causing storms today will produce more isolated t-storms and showers in Indiana. Thus, the SPC has us under a marginal risk for severe weather tomorrow. Monday will not be as nasty, but we’ll still experience rain showers for both Monday and Tuesday. Even Wednesday and Thursday will involve some rain showers. On the bright side, we’ll see warm temperatures through the week, averaging in the mid-70s for the week. In short, definitely a good idea to keep some rain gear in your vehicle or on your person, and definitely make sure to stay safe as you travel for the next five days.
