As a warm front continues to move eastward, it brings with it heat and rain showers. Right now, temperatures are in the mid-80s, with partly clear skies. However, that won’t last long, as a line of storms will move through the area around the early evening hours, starting at 4:30 pm and ending after 5 pm. The line could bring heavy rain,, gusty winds, and even pea-sized hail, so make sure to drive safely as you head on home. After that, the possibility exists for more isolated showers and thunderstorms until at least 8 pm, so keep your umbrellas on your person. Barring those showers, it will be warm, with temperatures in the mid-70s for tonight, along with cloudy skies. Overall, just make sure to stay safe this Memorial evening.
