Clouds continue to dominate the area of Muncie and earlier this morning we had brief periods of rain. I know we are looking for the sun to just come out for once but unfortunately that is not going to happen today. We will continue to see clouds for the remainder of the day. On the bring side, temperatures will slowly rise as the weekend nears. Winds today will be coming from the NW direction around 9 mph. Some wind chill factors are going to be in play today. If you have a jacket, you will need it today for those slight wind chill temperatures.
