
There are colder temperatures ahead for Muncie. The next two days we will experience sunshine, but temperatures will stay below freezing. On Friday, sustained winds will be 20 mph with gusts into the low 30’s. Be careful when going out as it will provide wind chills below zero. Sunday brings precipitation into the forecast with snow likely in the morning and afternoon before it turns to rain and a wintry mix in the evening. The cloudy conditions will then continue into Monday, but no precipitation is expected until the evening and overnight hours. Rain and snow is likely to pick up in the overnight hours and continue throughout the entirety of Tuesday. It will be a whirlwind of weather for the next five days.
