Today, we are going to see a return to the cold temperatures that plagued the area earlier in the week. A cold front moved through yesterday with all the rain which has allowed for temperatures to drop back. Winds will be out of the west today at 10-20 mph with potential gusts up to 30 mph. Because of this, wind chills will remain very low so be sure keep the hats and gloves close today. Conditions will remain overcast throughout the day with partial clearing in the late night hours. This will allow for temperatures to drop significantly as the low for tonight is only expected to be around 4°. Wind chills could be as low as -10°. Be sure to stay warm out there because the next few days look to be bitterly cold.
