This Tuesday morning is starting out as cold as any other morning, but with the sun poking out this time. A strong breeze today is going to help bring in some warmer air as we see wind speeds and temperature increase throughout the morning. As we approach the afternoon, we will also see overcast begin to form as we reach the mid 20’s.
