A strong high pressure system placed over the area will ensure clear skies and chilly conditions through the afternoon. Temperatures will only rise to around 32 degrees this afternoon, and winds will remain calm out of the west around 5 mph.
High pressure will remain dominant for the next several days, with sunny skies expected for the weekend. Temperatures will not warm up all that much, with highs in the mid to lower 30’s expected. Our next chance at any precipitation will be toward the middle to end of next week.
