High pressure continues to dominate the area, with sunny conditions and temperatures in the upper 40’s across the area. Winds out of the northeast will keep temperatures a little cooler than average, with temperatures only getting up to around 53 degrees today. Skies should remain clear through the afternoon.
Temperatures will drop down to the lower 30’s this evening thanks to little to no cloud cover. Winds will continue out of the northeast at around 5mph.
Rain returns to the area this weekend, with showers possible Friday through Sunday. No single day looks to be a washout, but keep the rain jacket handy. Cooler temperatures with highs in the lower 50’s are expected through the rest of this week and into next week.
