Hot with Scattered Showers Developing

Currently we have showers and thunderstorms developing to the south of us in New Castle. These will slowly drift north towards us but some of us may not see any rain at all today. This will be the story for the rest of the evening with some areas seeing rain while others wont be as lucky. High temperatures in the lower 90’s are what triggered these storms and the longer these temps stay in the lower 90’s the chance of precip will be higher than the other areas.

Tonight will be just the same as the past couple of nights. Temperatures may not fall below 70 degrees tonight even with clear skies overhead.  Dew points will hover around the upper 60 to lower 70’s so it is a possibility that we could get some fog in a couple areas in the morning.

Tomorrow will be a different story after 3-4pm as we start to increase our precip chances as a front begins to approach from the Northeast. Temperatures tomorrow will still reach into the 90’s but there is some relieve around the corner coming soon.
