High pressure situated over the upper mid-west will continue to provide dry conditions and mostly sunny skies this afternoon, with cold air advection helping to keep temperatures just slightly above normal. Cloud cover will increase throughout the evening hours, giving way to mostly cloudy skies overnight. An approaching cold front and upper level wave will provide light rain chances starting early tomorrow morning before clearing out by the afternoon hours. There does not appear to be much atmospheric moisture available at this time, so expect light rains amounting to less than 0.10″. High pressure will build back in for the weekend, providing clear conditions and above normal temperatures before a more unsettled weather pattern develops early next week, bringing more rain along chances with it.
Beautiful fall weather today, rain chances return tomorrow morning
